The service advisor was polite and courteous. However, when I scheduled my appointment online, it said my oil change would be $34.95. The service department delivers outstanding performance. When I purchased the car from Keffer back in August of 2019 the sales department could only be described as deplorable. The only employee outside of the service department that treated me well was Marcio Almeida. Everyone else didn't seem to care about their jobs. In fact if it wasn't for Marcio I was never going to buy another car from Keffer Hyundai. Is it possible the miserable employees in the sales department have turned over by now, One can only hope.
