Dealership is wonderful. The service department is beyond horrible. I call and leave messages and never get a return phone call. My car, a genesis showed , on the dashboard, that I needed service. It took 6 weeks to book and appointment. Valet picked my car up at 8:00 and I had to call at almost 1:00 to find out what was happening. Was told that the person handling my car would return my message. That did not happen. I called 30 minutes later and was told it didn’t need any service and were checking a noise I thought I heard. There is no reason for this to happen. I previously owned a Hyundai and detested your service dept then. I thought owning a luxury genesis would make a difference. When the car dashboard says service is needed maybe someone should check this info instead of wasting my time. Valet driver, Angelo, is delightful. More

What started out as a lovely buying experiance was damaged due to this "dealership" and their lack of integrity and morals/values. They have also spoiled relationships with other businesses from the "dealerahip's" poor business practices. Again,,,,keep on driving and remain cautious whenever you see their name involved.
