My wife and I seen a car online and was interested in seeing it. I called Keffer and spoke to Rose, set up an appointment the next day to meet with her and check the car out. Unfortunately she had another customer, she’d been working with and referred us to Stephen. Stephen was great. I was very disappointed that the car I had scheduled to see couldn’t be found. Stephen showed us another 2023 Santa Fe with low miles, practically a new car. We test drove it and liked it but was really wanting to see the one we had seen online. After about an hour and half searching of for the car, we were told it had been in an accident and was in the body shop for repairs. Would’ve been nice if we could’ve told us this earlier as we had already been there 2 hours. That didn’t sit well with me, so I decided I needed some time to talk it over with my wife. Stephen, the sales rep and Stephen, the sales manager were very understanding and we left. After talking it over, we decided this was the car for us. They had made us a very aggressive offer from our first visit, being that the original car we went to see wasn’t available. They kept the same offer, even after my car, I was trading in, had to be towed in because of the alternator. That meant a lot to us and the experience purchasing the car went great. That being said, the main reason I decided to purchase the car was Stephen, the sales rep. He was friendly, very easy to talk to, humorous and just an all around great guy. I felt I made a new friend with him and wish him nothing but the best moving forward. This is the second consecutive car I’ve purchased from that dealership in the last 11 years and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in making a new or used car purchase. My recent service experience was not good! !! I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. I know it was not done because I have a very prominent scratch on my !! I know it was not done because I have a very prominent scratch on my right front rim and that tire/rim is still in the same spot. I didn't notice that they weren't rotated until i got home. I’ve left a message for the service manager and spoken to two other people at the dealership, but I can’t get ANYONE to call me back. It’s ridiculous! At this point, how can I even be confident that my oil was changed? Also, I was told when I showed up that I was not due for service even though I received an email from genesis of Charlotte indicating that I was due. I’ve since been told that those are automated emails and not accurate. Why send them then? That makes absolutely no sense. It's confusing and a waste of your customers time. I’ve also since received an email from genesis of America stating I was due for service! It’s insane how uncoordinated this all is. I’m very upset by the service, or lack there of, that I’ve received. I would appreciate someone reaching to me to address this promptly. More

My recent service was disappointing. The mechanic somehow managed to turn off the tire pressure program while rotating my tires. Additionally the mechanic failed to toque the lug nuts on my tires leaving them loose and setting up the possibility that my wheels could come off. I called the problem to the attention of Annika, the service writer, asking if it would be necessary to bring the car back to fix the tire pressure program. I got no response. My clocks were also changed to the wrong time and not corrected, although I fixed it myself. All of this and a repair bill for the 42k service was over $1300. More

Worst dealership ever. Tried to make me pay for duplicate services for diagnostic that was just performed and paid for. Told me my transmission was fine and the problem was my tires. Finally admitted the transmission was the problem but didn't provide a rental. They had my car for 2 months and I had to pay over 2k out of pocket for a rental. They didn't provide updates through the time of having my car. I had to contact Hyundai Corporate to get any information on my car. I even left 4-5 messages with the service manager and never heard a word from him the whole time. The service advisor told lies to me and to Hyundai corporate. Hyundai corporate also had issues with lack of communication from the dealership(service advisor and service manager). Gave Hyundai Corporate and myself multiple dates for repairs to be done and never met them. The dealership informed us when the transmission was delivered to their dealership but did not perform the actual service on the car for several weeks. Corporate communicated that I needed an extra service provided given the extent of time that they had the car. Finally picked up my car yesterday and was informed that I needed to pay for the service. This was never communicated to me. The transmission was under warranty. I expressed my frustration and said that it was not communicated to me that I would owe anything and to please get a service manager so that I could talk with them and get an understanding. Service manager never showed up....SHOCKER.... Another advisor worked with me to close out my stuff and a technician came to the computer and told them to not worry about the cost. I assumed that was because he knew about the arrangements and constant contact with corporate. I leave the dealership with my car. Received a text message this morning from the same service advisor that had lied so many times to us(Breon). He stated that after getting my car back yesterday, it was determined that the dealership will no longer do business with me. Every time I've walked into this dealership, I hear someone at the service department getting upset with the dealership about lies and all the nonsense. Seems to be a common issue. They show ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT and have zero accountability More
