Worst communication and customer service! Kept our car for 10 weeks and we constantly had to call them to get updates. Then, the majority of the time we never received a call back or was told there was no for 10 weeks and we constantly had to call them to get updates. Then, the majority of the time we never received a call back or was told there was nothing to tell us and provided a slew of excuses! Finally picked up my car and needless to say, it was filthy. They couldn’t even wash it after having 10 weeks??!! Don’t work with this dealership as ultimately the worst experiences I ever had with not only with a dealership but plain old customer service!!
