This is my 4th time coming to Keffer with my Veloster. I had a previous bad experience and Cliff, who no longer works there took care of me. This specific time, I came in for my second out of three free oil had a previous bad experience and Cliff, who no longer works there took care of me. This specific time, I came in for my second out of three free oil changes and tire rotations, everything was fine until I find out that my oil was overfilled. I called the dealership and spoke to someone who assured me that I would receive whenever the service department opened, that did not happen. So, I had to take the risk of driving my vehicle over to the dealership and tell them what had happened. I was there for about 40 minutes waiting and the only person who came to talk to me was the kid in the service lane checking the cars in. I received no communication whether how much it was overfilled or if damage was done to the car. My main service advisor, Asia is amazing but other than that, nothing else is good. More
