I had my worst ever experience with Keffer. To make matters worst, i was told I needed a new battery and I had the battery tested that I purchased in March and it tested 100%. Therefore, I paid for two matters worst, i was told I needed a new battery and I had the battery tested that I purchased in March and it tested 100%. Therefore, I paid for two (2) new batteries. I had no actually update on my car until I called myself. Yes, I am very disappointed in my service for the first rooms and as a woman, how many other time have I been told I needed service that I really did not. My visit prior to this one, I was not satisfied but thought I would give you all another chance. I purchased my car new in 2013 and until recently I have never had a problem. More
