Drove 2 hours to look at and ended up purchasing a 2021 Genesis GV80. Very nice dealership. Very busy when I got there (Saturday), so parking was a little difficult. I very much appreciated her honesty, admitting that she had only on the floor a week. She was knowledgeable but also did not hesitate to ask for answers to my question that she did not know. The sales manager for Genesis introduced himself and stopped by a few times during g the process. It’s been a while since I Purchased a new car and the experience was great. I appreciate that they did negotiate with me, even in a car that is in high demand. And gave me a very fair price for my trade in. It was an easy process. Everyone that I worked with was great. The only thing I’d like to bro g to your attention, totally unrelated to my experience, was while I was at the desk at one point waiting for jennifer to come back. At another desk I could hear another salesman talking with a potential buyer. I could not hear what the customer was saying but at the salesman was explaining the college graduate incentive program and why it would not be a good option for this customer since they apparently had god credit etc. more conversation I could not hear but the customer said something to which the salesman started cussing and told the customer to get out of his f@&king dealership, and continued to go off on the customer. It I didn’t hear anything the customer said but the salesman was loud. While I totally understand how difficult and demanding customers can be, but the salesman’s behavior, especially in an open environment like that with multiple people around, does not look good for the dealership. I have no idea of the circumstances but as a customer at the time I was very surprised to hear what a salesman be that angry in front of multiple staff and customers.... Like I said, this did not affect my buying experience with Jennifer at all. After the purchase, Jennifer got her mentor, I cannot remember his name to show me everything about the car. He did a fantastic job, was very patient. And I appreciated that Jennifer also sat with us so that she could continue to learn more about the vehicle. Great!! Thank you!! More

Asia was amazing! Years ago I stepped foot into Keffer and had the worst experience at a car dealership EVER! A couple weeks ago I went into the service department because I needed to get my car looked at and had the worst experience at a car dealership EVER! A couple weeks ago I went into the service department because I needed to get my car looked at. Asia assisted me and definitely changed my view on this place! Horrible experience with the service department. They kept my car for 3 days doing absolutely nothing to it. When I told them I’m coming to pick it up then they finally decided to do a diagnostic test wh kept my car for 3 days doing absolutely nothing to it. When I told them I’m coming to pick it up then they finally decided to do a diagnostic test when the whole time they told me they couldn’t do one. Once they charged me $120 to do nothing they told me to bring it back for get a terraclean fuel done. Even though I was skeptical I was desperate to get my car fixed. Someone at the dealership called me the day of my appointment to ensure I was still on to come in. I had asked if the machine to do the service was working and they assured me it was. Not only was the machine not working but they decided to tell me after I had been waiting there for over an hour. I will never return to the dealership to do services or buy a car. It was very clear they were only looking to take my money. More
Worst Customer Service ever. Unbelievable how hard it was to get a return phone call from Charles or Chad. Even after the pulled the old bait and switch and then delivered a damaged vehicle, they still would to get a return phone call from Charles or Chad. Even after the pulled the old bait and switch and then delivered a damaged vehicle, they still would not return any calls. Thankfully the service department (Matt and Mary) took care of me. Still sales has not even followed up or returned my 10 calls. I bought a second card 4 days later...Not from Keffer...Stay Away More
