After having my 2020 sonata worked on again and after it taking 2 months to fix a door as I went to pick it up they handed me my keys and I had to walk around and find my car in the service dept the service taking 2 months to fix a door as I went to pick it up they handed me my keys and I had to walk around and find my car in the service dept the service dept here has slipped so bad and is not what it was before or right after I bought my brand new car last may. No communication me the customer was having to reach out and got the run around from the serivce mng of being on vacation twice sales dept was great serivce here for the most part sucks now do not recommend the service dept. They walked me through everything when getting my car serviced. It was my first time. They were so sweet and accommodating.
