This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. The customer service was excellent from the initial phone call, setting the appointment, and receiving great communication throughout with ever had. Horrible place to buy a car. There's a lot of back and forth. Scott is very rude. There's a sense of arrogance as you walk in the building. I was told that I could not test drive without filling out a credit application. They said that's not how business works there. I was confused because the young lady on the phone invited me by to test drive..... I felt it was only fair to come on Google and let everyone know they need to fill out a credit application first. Maybe I should've told them my credit score is 798? But naaah I'll go to another Hyundai store where they at least try to hide they're garbage people. This company for sure doesn't. Also, there's numerous reviews on here with this same complaint. I should've read the reviews and not just looked at the rating. I love how most of the 5 star reviews say nothing about their experience, fake much? Remember those old badger commercials?
