Santa Fe Satisfaction I want to say that I got a great deal at Keffer Hyundai and continue to get great customer service. My experience with this vehicle purchase was most I want to say that I got a great deal at Keffer Hyundai and continue to get great customer service. My experience with this vehicle purchase was mostly positive due to the efforts of Marcio Almeida. Even though I met the criteria of a "Well qualified Buyer", I felt I had to go through extra rounds of negotiation to get a the deal I deserved. During the negotiation, Chris Young (Finance Manager) insisted there was no more room for price and finance adjustment, even though we were only 15 dollars apart in monthly payments. Thanks to Marcio Almeida's efforts going to Upper Management, we were able to come to terms and I was able to get a great vehicle. Marcio continues to give great customer service with questions I've had since my purchase. The finance associate, Alexander Terrell, was also very helpful and made the finalization of the deal very satisfying. Overall I would say the experience with Keffer was good, but could have been better. More

Salesman was Marcio. He was very knowledgeable and had Kona and Tucson waiting for me when I got there. However, prices weren’t what was advertised and I know I paid too much for basic model of Tucson. No Kona and Tucson waiting for me when I got there. Fraud. Deceit & Lies Made deal via the internet for a Kona Ultimate. I sent them my money as they were preparing to overnight the documents for my signature. Instead, many days later they sent them via docusign. What was a surprise and never talked about was in the paperwork they include a form allowing them to call or text you at any time regarding this car or any other car for any reason. I refused to sign and they bailed on the deal. I require my privacy, their practices don’t and capitalize by providing it to other companies. I was ok the deal didn’t go through since I prefer not to deal with a company that clearly puts their interests ahead of their clients but what wasnt ok was that they kept my check in spite of the multiple requests to return it. Not only did they have the car but they kept my money. I was forced to call the police and write the bbb in hopes of getting them to do what they are legally required to do. I agree strongly with the other reviewers, they are crooks and practice fraud. The person responsible for the illegal activity was a sales manager named Scott Obviously I recommend everyone to AVOID . More
