STAY AWAY FROM KEFFER HYUNDAI ! THEIR 173-point INSPECTION IS WORTHLESS AND OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE UNSCRUPULOUS I test drove a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Santa Fe wit ! THEIR 173-point INSPECTION IS WORTHLESS AND OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE UNSCRUPULOUS I test drove a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Santa Fe with no gas in it, so it was a short test drive. After being told it was AWD, we bought the car despite the short test drive because the 173-point inspection ensured the vehicle would be good. The check engine light was on ON THE WAY HOME from the dealership and it was quite clear that this car never should have passed any inspection. I returned the vehicle for repair and at that point learned it was not AWD as I was told before we purchased it, but front wheel drive instead. During the 4 failed attempts to fix the engine issue, the service team's ability to communicate was terrible and made a bad situation far worse. After 6 weeks of back and forth, I asked to return the vehicle for a full refund of $29k we paid for it. I was told no because, "If I do it for you, I'll have to do it for everyone," so they clearly deny other customers refunds for the lemons they sell. They did offer me $25k in trade-in value or $23k cash. So our options were to take a $6,000 loss or stay in a car we hate and continue to make payments on it for the next 6 years. Keffer Hyundai is happy to con a disabled veteran, his small-business owner wife and their 2 small children to maintain their bottom line. So please buy your car ANYWHERE ELSE More

My sales associate, George Athens, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and best of all - never pushy! He made the whole process very fast and efficient, got me what I wanted for a very competitive price. I had my heart set on a specific trim, exterior and interior color so they had to get my car from another dealership in another state but were able to do it very quickly despite the holidays. They had it cleaned and ready to go the day of delivery and George had it all setup and walked me through all the features and made sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership. I love my new car and will definitely recommend Keffer Hyundai for buying a new car! Make sure you ask for George!! More

Purchased a used car (2015, Hyundai Genesis) recently, but my experience was less than ideal. Sales consultant (Marcio) was great, but Sales manager (Tim) behaved in an unprofessional manner, in my opinio but my experience was less than ideal. Sales consultant (Marcio) was great, but Sales manager (Tim) behaved in an unprofessional manner, in my opinion. He put an offer, on paper, on the table (via Sales Consultant) and renaged at the 11th hour. To add insult to injury, when I called the supervisor (can’t remember his name) to report/complain about this behavior, it appears that either the Sales manager had relayed false information, or the supervisor had decided to believe a version of events that was contrary to what had transpired. Not to put him in a tough spot, but your Sales consultant can attest . In any case, usually, when you put an offer, on paper, in front of a client/customer, you ought to honor it. That is/was my expectation. I was very disappointed in your dealership handling of this situation. Even though I went ahead and purchased the car, I would not purchase another car from Keffer, nor would I recommend anybody to your dealership. Thanks. More

He really worked hard for me to ensure I was well within my budget range and was very attentive to my needs and concerns.
