Received a call from this dealership after doing some online inquiries about a Hyundai Palisade Limited trim. Was told right off they were offering employee pricing on all vehicles and that meant below MSRP. Asked if they had any Palisades with Limited trim as none showed up on website. Was told they do have some in stock. Set up appointment and proceeded to make hour and half drive. Was also called on my way to confirm. Upon arrival no one had a clue about appointment. Told them what I was looking for was told they had no Limited's in stock. Sales manager stepped in and stated they could try to get one. Asked if they were asking above MSRP for them and without hesitation was told yes. WOW!!!! Why do business this way. Lie to get people in and then try to gouge them in prices. Not making enough money as it is. FAIRNESS AND HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY!!!! TRY IT SOMETIME. More
Terrible 4 hrs waiting, with appointment, for a warranty problem that could have caused a wreck! Car would hesitate when you try to start off intermittently! Service man come out and told me that my car needed tires,brakes(front&rear),brake fluid was burnt and had to be replaced, cabin filter was bad and the list goes on to about $2000.00! I asked about the problem I brought it in for and he said the service guy never got it to malfunction but the door locks on all 4 doors had been recalled and I needed to schedule another appointment in a month because they didn’t have any replacements ! Had car inspected a month later at a reputable business and no problems with anything!! I didn’t have Keffer do any work they said I needed! No record on line or with any other dealer about door lock recalls! RIP-OFF!!!! More

Jon and Tim were so great in dealing with me and my 88 year old father taking the time to speak loud and clear since he is hard of hearing. I wish I could give 10 stars !! I had mentioned he did not like to feel pushed around so they just explained all and gave me information and numbers. I explained I sleep late and also am taking care of 2 people so they did not call ! The following week My father gave me the go ahead to start discussing prices. In the meantime my father had gone to SC to another Hyundai place just to have options. The salesman there was overly pushy , lied and said the car I saw here was not here ! Lies. I was and will always be TEAM JON/TIM . My neighbors are all loving my car and some are interested in perhaps getting one as well ! I definitely will send them to Keffer to see these Jon and Tim !! Run to a better dealership Horrible customer service . Never could tell us how much the tag would be. The car was never detailed properly and had sticky goo on the door. Horrible experience from start to finish. More
