I’m not sure why this dealer has such great reviews ??? I guess it’s all new car buyers so when they have issues it will change. It’s been nothing but low end service for a genesis owner of 5 months. Mainly issues with the car and no follow through with the Genesis loaners as printed in the brochure ! They only have one person I can say has tried with what they give him to give me good customer service and it’s Vince the service manager. He’s the only reason I give them 4 stars but over all 2. This dealership is too busy and needs to have Genesis as a sep entity! They want you to look at their brand as a comparison to bmw Mercedes and Lexus but until they break away and have better customer service as described in the brochure they won’t be able to continue as a dual dealer with the service they describe! My car has has been in 4 times for a whistling noise 2 times for a shimmy in the steering And still there , brake de glazing and still waiting ! Other than that I loved this car at the Early stages as it’s a head turner, lots of upgrades included and great power as well as fun to drive. As of now it’s not as positive as it was More

They offer me a great deal on a new 2019 G7. The sales person (James Brown) was professional and led me completely thru the process. He has follow-up on all issues and questions. My sales associate, George Athens, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and best of all - never pushy! He made the whole process very fast and efficient, got me what I wanted for a very competitive price. I had my heart set on a specific trim, exterior and interior color so they had to get my car from another dealership in another state but were able to do it very quickly despite the holidays. They had it cleaned and ready to go the day of delivery and George had it all setup and walked me through all the features and made sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership.
