Chuck worked with me to buy a used toyota which is what I was looking for...he never pushed anything on me, argued with me, or try to change my mind. There was a great used selection to choose from besides Hyundai's. The car was priced fairly and I got a great trade value. The process was smooth and Matt in service was great to deal with after I bought the car to go over a couple things for me! This was the first dealership I've been to in a long time that I felt cared about the customer experience! Thanks Chuck and Keffer Hyundai! I will refer to ya'll! More

Absolutely Positive Experience Positive experience all around. Contacted the sale person (Dan Martins) via internet. Answered my email, and we then spoke on the phone. Went to speak with him at the dealership, and took the vehicle for a test drive on a Wednesday. They gave me a very good price for my trade, as compared to other offers. Met the owner of the dealership, had a very good conversation with him, and the sales manager. Again, not "pushy" as in other dealers. On Friday, took the car home and drove it some more. Went back on Saturday and bought the vehicle. The finance manager was excellent, explaining all the "paperwork" in a clear and concise manner. The sales person was extremely helpful in explaining many of the details of opersating the new car with all its "bells and whistles". Have gone back several times with more qustions. Met other personnel at the dealership and it appears to me that they are all comfortable and happy with their position at the facility. This is the first time it only took me 3 days to make a decision. In the past, it usually ran from 1 week to 3 weeks. I am a "happy camper"!! Jack Santaniello More

I expected this kind of service I recieved from Bob Mayberry, not Keffer. Tried to charge me $900 to repair a part that I ended up purchasing online MYSELF and replacing it at home in 5 minutes. $50 part and took 5 whole minutes to install yet they were trying to charge me $900 on top of the already $350 I had paid them just to tell me what was wrong. This is not even close to all that I went through at this location. Not to mention how rude the employees were while helping a PAYING customer. One of the ladies in the sales department got up out of her chair and got in my face and NO one did anything about it. Very awful experience and I will be sure to let everyone know. More
