Overall Good Our experience was a quick and easy experience. Friendly people. However, We came in to look at a certain car that was an online special. We were told it was on another lot so we asked to see it. The car that was brought to us had a different price than online. When my husband asked about it, the salesman said oh we honor our online specials. After they ran credit, approved loan and all, we were asked to sign papers. I realized the price of the car was not what the sale was for. When I asked about it, I was told that the other car was on the other lot and it was a basic version of what we looked at and drove, was asked to sign the papers. Overall process was quick though. Poor Management My father and I attempted to speak with Dan about new car transaction was handled. Rather than taking it as feedback he rather argue and basically sta My father and I attempted to speak with Dan about new car transaction was handled. Rather than taking it as feedback he rather argue and basically state we are wrong. I told him that I didnt recieve all my paperwork when signing for new car. He states that I did even though he wasnt a part of deal. I also informed him how the employees did not offer to check of discounts. He states that they always do. I dont car what they always do. It wasn't done with me . Know me as the customer will suffer offer miscommunication and lack of professionalism. He told me he would contact me yesterday about the rebate. Did he?.. no. Justin calls on his behalf today asking for more paperwork that's due tomorrow.. thanks I appreciate the lack of effort that you provided to assist me. Bad business and poor example of management.
