My new car experience at Keffer Hyundai I contacted Keffer Hyundai inquiring about two vehicles that I was interested in. I received a reply back from Louis Gobble, one of the sales staff. W I contacted Keffer Hyundai inquiring about two vehicles that I was interested in. I received a reply back from Louis Gobble, one of the sales staff. We emailed back and forth a couple of times until I felt comfortable with the purchase price. I scheduled a test drive the next day. Being Black Friday the dealership was a zoo. But Louis was able to meet with you promptly and the test drive got underway. I drove a 2018 Elantra Value Edition. I loved the way it drove and the upgraded Value Edition version. We got back to the dealership and I looked at the other car. I chose the red Elantra. It wasn't long before my trade was valued and the paperwork process began. One hold up the computer kept going down because of all the Hyundai sales activity. We were finally shuffled off to the finance managers office. I would rather go to the dentist! Bim Bam Boom we were out in under 15 minutes. While we were waiting Louis had the car cleaned, filled the gas tank, put my tag on my new car and had my car in the new car delivery area. Overall this was the second best car buying experience I've had. Would I do it again? Would I recommend Keffer Hyundai and Louis Gobble to others seeking a new vehicle?
