Horrible service I’ve been leasing cars from Keffer Hyundai since 2012. And just in last 3 years I’ve leased 4 Genesis. That’s roughly about 1 car every 8 to 9 months I’ve been leasing cars from Keffer Hyundai since 2012. And just in last 3 years I’ve leased 4 Genesis. That’s roughly about 1 car every 8 to 9 months. Their service never been that great, but recently it just pushed me to the limit. It hurt me even more this time as they are calling “Genesis” as a luxury brand, so I thought they will be competing with Lexus or BMW with their customer service. But I was wrong. I leased my 2018 G80 about month ago. I was getting alert on my dash “Consider taking break” even my commute was only about 20 minute one way. Apparently my car was sensing a long commute and was recommending break. I call Blue link, they tried to trouble shoot but didn’t work. I was told to bring the car to the dealership and they will run a diagnostic. Blue link agent sent an appointment and I was supposed to get loaner. I took off early that day as I had to drop off the car at Keffer. I went inside. I stood in line for about 4 to 5 minutes. The service rep Andrew was at the line on his cell phone. I wasn’t even acknowledged. Finally few minutes later he looked up and asked “what you need?” and put his head down again. When I got little closer he was busy with his face book. I explained that blue link rep set up an appointment and I am here to drop my car and take loaner. He said, there is nothing in the system about my appointment. Instead of helping me, he said, call blue link. I called blue link and they provided me with all the details again. During all that time, I felt that I ruined their day by showing up to the dealership as I was being bounced back and forth. I was there for about an hour. Finally Andrew came back to me and said, there is no loaner available. Even the appointment was set 2 days ago. As far the issue on my car, they shut down that system which was prompting the alerts instead of checking the system. I am sure those alerts were there for a reason. I didn’t pay the price of the car so they systems can be shut down. I needed them to work properly. Long story short, I was sent back as they didn’t check my car. Alert system was shut down. I took early leave and cancelled few appointments because I had to drop off the car, but what a waste of time. Luxary doesn’t come with just making a brand. It comes with service as well. What good is your car if you will not provide the promised service? I also own Lexus, and kid you not, they impress me with their service each time I go to there. More
