Sandy called us prior to our coming in and assured us our experience w We went to Keffer Hyundai after a pretty bad experience at another dealership. Sandy called us prior to our coming in and assured us our experience would be different and Keffer would make it work for us without sacrificing what we wanted. I will be honest, I walked into the dealership with one heck of a resting B face because my day was shot and I was so disappointed with the process of buying a car. We were paired up with Shelene as our Sales Associate and could not have been happier with her. We gave Shelene our list of what we would like in the new SanteFe and what was/wasn't a deal breaker for us. Shelene and Dan were up front and honest with us when it came to pricing and some of our wants such as a third row and panoramic sunroof could increase the price to an astronomical number that was going to be out of our range. Shelene showed us a beautiful SanteFe Sport that had a ton of features what was within our price point and we were very happy with the vehicle. On top of being a wonderful Sales Associate, Shelene went so far above and beyond during our experience that I would gladly spend more time at the dealership!! We brought our son with us who is very impatient and does not sit still for long. While waiting for Dan to work his magic with finance, Shelene spent an insane amount of time with our son showing him around the dealership, basically ensuring he was never bored. Talk about taking additional stress off of what was already a stressful day. In the end - Dan worked wonders and got us a fantastic deal on a 2018 SanteFe Sport. Shelene was our life saver and ray of sunshine on such a gloomy day. Dan was friendly, funny and an all-around great guy. Sandy was so warm and friendly. Keffer has some incredible associates!! Santa Fe Sport I was looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Not fully loaded. Just a few upgrades from my 2005 Ford Escape. Checked out the their website. Called @ 63 I was looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Not fully loaded. Just a few upgrades from my 2005 Ford Escape. Checked out the their website. Called @ 630pm @ a car I saw, 2015 Santa Fe Sport, but were due to close at 8pm. Shelene said to come on over and she'd have the car ready for a test drive. Arrived @ 740 pm. Had a great test drive & loved the car! I bought it that night. The staff (Shelene, Daniel) stayed until @ 930-10pm to complete the sale. After signing alot of papers, you speak with another at staff member (in an office) who goes over warranty coverage options which adds up to @$3,000 more to the car price. IMO this should've been brought up during the sales process. It was explained the salesmen aren't trained to go over this. That's fine, but at least there should be a mention that their could be an extra cost to the car that will be explained by a trained salesman at a later time. Because of that confusion, I almost didn't get the car. I didn't get the extended warranty after 5 yrs, just got Gap Insurance. This is minor, but it was really important to have this. The saleslady found the cargo cover I needed for the back. I picked up my new car on Monday 10/26/17. One of the salesmen got my XM setup; received 3 months free which I'm really starting to enjoy. I used the cover the other day and noticed its the wrong size. I called yesterday & they are working on getting me the right one. The overall experience was just fine there, they are a family business which I like as well. I would go back and purchase my next car there!! More
