Poor attention to detail. Found Dent on car after sale but while still at the dealership. My salesman or detailer should have found this. Finance manager acted like he was in Found Dent on car after sale but while still at the dealership. My salesman or detailer should have found this. Finance manager acted like he was in an extreme hurry. Took 2.5 hours to buy a car when I could have been out the door in one. Documents could have been email earlier in the week for review. I still have to take time out of my schedule and time without my new car to have the dent repaired. Keffer has agreed to pay for the repair, but still an inconvenience to my wife and I. Denied the 3 year car care by Keffer. More

Stay away Signed up for Hyundai $40 test drive. Arrived at Keefer to learn they won't honor HYUNDAI'S own test drive coupon and was told "people took test drIve Signed up for Hyundai $40 test drive. Arrived at Keefer to learn they won't honor HYUNDAI'S own test drive coupon and was told "people took test drIves without coming back" (REALLY...do they know what a promotion is?). The Hyundai sponsored promotion had Keefer company info on it AND Keefer began calling me daily immediately after I signed up for it. A Tucson was on my short list of vehicles to review/purchase, the $40 promised was somewhat incidental. The other contender being a Subaru (great dealer test drive experience). I'm no longer ever considering a Hyundai mostly due to this dealer. I ENCOUNTERED SEVERAL WARNING SIGNS AND SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More
