Natasha, I am sorry about your experience. I do feel there has definatley been some miscomunication. The reason I wanted the car going to the shop I asked you to was so we could have taken care of the detail and gas situation and handled the repairs for you. I know it has been several weeks since we discussed this and I did just find out that the car is at nissan instead of Battleground. Please give me a call so we can resolve this issue for you. On the issue with John he has been reprimanded for not bringing this to our attention when you brought it up to him. Our goal is to take care of the customer during and after the purchase.
