My drive takes me 41 miles one way just to go to this dealership among all the other Mazda dealerships from where I live. I've worked with Kenny Robinson who is their sales and leasing consultant for a majority of those years and he has always helped me in every way 100%. I truly regard him as a great friend but also as a very professional person in the way he handles business. Today I had the pleasure working with not only Kenny but also Elite Trice who is the General Manager and Randy Lodato who is their finance manager. My experience leasing a new 2017 Mazda 3 Touring was exceptional. They also were extremely helpful with my trade in of my 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and by the end of the day made me one super satisfied customer. I look forward to coming back for my regular maintenance with their service department. I must also mention that Chris Brannon and Jay Zimberg are two of the most nicest, courteous people in this department and have always been upfront with me regarding any matters on my Mazda vehicles. My vehicle....the head turner! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keffer Mazda. The vehicle I had in mind was a Mazda CX-5; however due to some credit concerns I was not able t I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keffer Mazda. The vehicle I had in mind was a Mazda CX-5; however due to some credit concerns I was not able to get it. Feeling a little hurt and disappointed, I walked outside to shed some tears. But while on my walk around the lot, I saw a beautiful Infiniti G37. I inquired about the car and test drove it. Let's just say it was love at first sight!! It was late Saturday evening and we were all exhausted but a promise was made that I'd have this car on Monday and they kept their promise. With the help of Chad, Quentin, Shane and Elite, I drove off their lot Monday evening with a smile and tears of joy. As much as I like the Mazda CX-5 and as much as I wanted the vehicle, I'm glad that things turned out like they did because this car is a beast and it fits my personality!! I really want to send a HUGE THANK YOU and much love to those four guys because the customer service was awesome....from beginning to the end. When I cried with the first outcome, Chad and Quentin made sure that I was ok, gave me hugs, checking on me and promised me that I would be in that car on Monday. Shane was just as hurt as I was but he promised me that I'd have a car on Monday and the General Manager, Elite Trice, well he worked on this deal Monday to make sure that all promises were kept. I appreciate their dedication, great customer service, the compassion and their time. I will recommend everyone I know to pay a visit and buy a vehicle from Keffer Mazda. More
Best buying experience EVER! So where shall I start... I guess I will start at the beginning. The previous year I signed a contract to another vehicle so I could begin to impro So where shall I start... I guess I will start at the beginning. The previous year I signed a contract to another vehicle so I could begin to improve my credit and finally have a reliable vehicle. I thought I understood exactly how much I would lose and that I would be able to refinance or buy something else within a year with no issues. Well that ended up being the farthest from truth. When I started to look into refinancing is when I realized the money pit I got myself into. First, I found out that a majority of what I was paying each month was only being applied to the interest. (Fyi-interest rate was 26.99%). Second, I paid way more than what the car was worth. Third, they got me with those add ons. Add ons that they said were required for them to make up for using the lender those chose for me. I won't ever say don't use American Credit Acceptance located in Spartanburg, SC but know what you are getting yourself into. It is almost impossible to make your monthly payment. The website is always down, they have two numbers to call and don't be surprised if they never answer. Even after being on hold for two hours. And when you can finally pay there will always be a $7.95 fee, even if you do autopayments. I never set this up because I would never trust them with my bank info. Oh, you can't use your Visa card either. I'm serious. Yeah, they are definitely not on the consumers side. Anyways, let's get to the good part of the review. Last May, after realizing I had almost $9,000 in negative equity and that refinancing was out of the question. I secured my own loan through my local credit union. I even typed up the requirements needed to make it possible to get a new vehicle with my car as a trade in, even with the negative equity being part of the equation. After looking for a few weeks someone told me to contact Kenny Robinson at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville. I made a call and sent him the info I typed up. He called me back saying they may be able to do something for me. Yeah, not the first time I have heard this line. I was skeptical and I was already accepting the terrible situation I got myself into. Saying I was already a hot mess when I met up with Kenny is an understatement. Ha! Now for the best part, after showing me two vehicles that could work we started the process of gathering and sending in paperwork to my bank. On May 12th, 2016 I became the owner of a 2016 Mazda 3 sedan. I never had to deal with my old car or lender ever again. I would highly recommend the team at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville any day. Make sure you ask for Kenny Robinson. He is someone that you can trust when it comes to purchasing a new or used vehicle, but I would suggest getting a new mazda. Their warranty and service team are amazing. Thank you Kenny and team! You have created a lifelong customer in me. I will never hesitate to direct people to your dealership. More

The Mazda CX-9 met all of my criteria, Excellent Safety Features, Quality Reputation of the Brand (In this case Mazda), Excellent interior / exterior options, Interior appointments that make the driving experience fun and comfortable, and lastly an exterior appearance that sets the car apart from the competition! In addition, the entire purchase process was conducted in a very professional, stress free, and transparent way. Our salesman, Yuri Carvalho was a key to the above comments. Even the discussion with the financing department was smooth and efficient, not always the case for a new car purchase. I just returned to the dealership to have an option I purchased installed, and the service experience was also outstanding. The service manager walked us to the car after the installation, explained the details of the options installed, and answered several questions I had about my new CAR. In summary, of all the cars I have purchased in my lifetime, this was the easiest, most stress free, and left me so Happy I had purchased a Mazda, I am ecstatic about my NEW CX-9. More

Excellent service at Mazda, as usual I took my Mazda 3 in for a routine oil change / additional service. They were able to schedule me in quickly and were extremely helpful and welcoming. The man doing the service on my car, Nick, did an excellent job and explained what was being done to the car as well as recommendations. He got the job done very efficiently and was incredibly polite and kind, even offering refreshments. My car is currently in top condition thanks to Nick. I love my car and I'm so glad that my dealership cares about their customers. More
