He seemed to try to work the price of the car I wanted into my range, rather than us having to go back and forth, making things easier. Talking with Randy, when it came to doing paperwork for financing, he didn't try to push extra services that I likely wouldn't need. In general, it seemed they were more focused on giving good service and making it easier to find what you are looking for, then working with you from there, rather than pushing a sale on you. More

There are lot of thing going around in back of your mind. Among all these the last thing you want is a bad experience with dealership and the sales rep you are dealing with. I was sure of the car I wanted to buy but not sure where I would buy it. I went to a dealership (I would not name) which did all the things OK but were not warm and welcoming. It looked like they did not appreciate the business. On the other side I moment I stepped into Keffer Mazda I was greeted warmly by Mr. Chad Cowans. Chad was very friendly and seemed very warm associate. The best thing was I felt wanted at the dealership and they were keen on getting my business and very appreciative about it. Chad understood what I wanted, was very through and professional at the time of showing the car. He had good knowledge of the product and very patient to answer all my question. The dealership overall wanted my business but on the other hand were not very pushy to sell and make me commit to anything. They gave me a great price for my old car – higher than KBB, they matched the price for new car with true car valuation and gave good rebate on top of that. They understood and gave me ample time to work out my finances and take a decision without any push from their side. It’s a great dealership and Chad is a superstar rep. He went beyond the call of duty and gave an awesome demonstration of Mazda 6, the car I was planning to buy. Despite my own research of the car's features, I was made aware of a lot more about the car, which made me feel like taking the car home immediately. His past experience as an avid racer and his knowledge about cars in particular was really useful in helping me make a decision. Although there was a mismatch between the deal I was offered and what I was looking for, Yuri tolerantly worked with both the parties and helped reach a common ground.
