The process from beginning to end was seamless. They let me park my rental at the lot overnight so that I could drive my car home that day. Clean and quite place polite service advisors. During my service appointment while washing my car for free, passenger side plastic panels somehow were damaged (had splashes of some liquid). I came During my service appointment while washing my car for free, passenger side plastic panels somehow were damaged (had splashes of some liquid). I came back and requested to wash this part again but apparently the splashes were still there. When I returned back to dealership I explained my issue to service advisor -Chris Brannon. He took it seriously, call the guy who previously tried to fix the issue. After hearing from him that many things were tried without success, Chris offered to change those plastic pieces with the new ones. He ordered new parts, called me when they arrived and arranged installation. I just want to express many thanks to Chris. He is always very polite and helpful. I wish more people like him work in dealerships around the country. More
