I even dropped in on them 5 minutes before close with a flat tire and Jay was kind enough to take care of it (when he really didn't have to.) Another noteworthy experience was when Donnell, a service tech, stayed late on a Saturday to help me put my roof rack on my new M3 in the freezing cold. All around good guys that are there to help! Excellent Service after I realized there was a problem with a used car I purchased Keffer Mazda personnel assured me that the problem will be taken care off and that I after I realized there was a problem with a used car I purchased Keffer Mazda personnel assured me that the problem will be taken care off and that I should expect a call to schedule service. before end of day I got a call from Chris Brannon who was very friendly and considerate about my problem, he did arrange a loaner for me immediately and assured me that my issue represented a priority for him and the dealership. He did mention that timing depends on the availability of the part; however he did his best and within 24 hour I was already in my car riding it. Not only that, Chris also took the initiative to call me the very next day just to follow up and make sure everything is fine. That is what I call supreme customer service. More

First time buying made easy! Stressful and time consuming are few among many of the adjectives correlating to car buying. At least that's what I've been told and could very well be true, especially going in alone as a first time car buyer. However, having a personable, well trained, and motivated team that takes care of you the moment you walk through the dealership doors to the moment you leave makes that experience a great one. My case was a very complicated and interesting one, and I'm sure the employees I worked with personally could vouch for me, in that I had been leasing a car from another dealership the past 4 years and during those 4 years I hadn't accumulated any credit, nor was the car in my name. Therefore, I truly was coming in as a first time car buyer with not much to my name and zero knowledge regarding how this whole process worked. I knew what I wanted though and that was a Mazda 3 5-door, and as my lease was nearing end, I thought I would call Keffer Mazda to get an idea of their leasing/buying options in order to better assess what my next steps would be. That's when Mr. Chad Cowans delightfully answered the phone and basically solved all of my problems from there on. He told me to come down to Keffer Mazda that day and that's exactly what I did and never looked back. Chad welcomed me with open arms basically and made sure my experience would be easy and fun versus serious and stressful like the typical car dealership. He also made sure that I was going to leave with a Mazda at a rate I was comfortable with and was professional, thorough, and patient the entire time! The whole team worked very hard and long (2 days) to get me exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted it at and all in my name. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Chad Cowans, Elite Trice, and Randy Lodato all ended up taking care of me, and even my sister, so well that I consider them family now and I will most certainly refer everyone I know to Keffer Mazda, specifically to those 3 gentlemen!
