Told him which vehicle I was interested in and he took me and my wife to the vehicle and proceeded to explain the vehicle's features in detail. The sale proceed went well. No pressure in buying. Left with a new Mazda CX-5. He even went as far as to help my wife with questions she had on a Mazda vehicle she did not even buy there. Awesome!!! Will recommend this dealership to anyone. Donnie was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure my car buying choice. He provided general information about the vehicle I was interested in, but also acknowledged features or downfalls of the car. I was clear from the beginning that I was not interested in making my decision the same day and he provided numbers and contact information to follow-up. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, I was immediately greeted and explained the process of the next steps. It took me a total of 2 hours to finalize everything and walk off the lot with my new car. I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and non-pressured experience.
