When I walked to the showroom I was met Yuri and introduced to Kenny, Yuri made us feel right at home and quickly had the truck ready for a test drive. After the test drive it was time for the "dreaded" negotiation. To our surprise the "dreaded" negotiation was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was given a very generous trade-in for my vehicle and basically their first offer was what I hoping to eventually get to. Needless to say I signed the deal. My experience with Chad and Elite is one of the best I have had bar none. Both are true professionals and treated me without the utmost respect throughout the entire purchase experience. My purchase was a long distance transaction as I live in the West. This purchase was a low mile German car twelve years in age. Chad and Elite helped me verify the history of the car and drove it over to the local marque dealership for an inspection and subsequent repair after I purchased the car. They coordinated pickup with my transporter. I was very pleased upon arrival. The physical description of the car was exactly as described - non-smoking interior, no dings or dents, smooth driving, quiet engine. The final price was extremely fair and the purchase price negotiation was a smooth and without drama. They even threw in a 90 day warranty. I have had a number of less than desirable experiences trying to find a particular automobile, but these gentlemen have restored my faith in old fashioned honest dealing rarely seen anymore. This requires conscious effort and patience to deal with the specific issues and concerns that customers have. They did everything they said that they were going to do throughout the process.
