Friendly, helpful and not pushy! I went with my mother to look at a car I'd found online there. We met with Chad and looked at the intended car. We went for a test drive and she really liked the car....Long story short, mom bought the car that night! The only problem mom had was there was only 1 key to the car. We had purchased a new Mazda Grand Touring Car in 2014 from the Winston Dealership and went back lately planning on Purchasing a 2016 Mazda Grand Tour We had purchased a new Mazda Grand Touring Car in 2014 from the Winston Dealership and went back lately planning on Purchasing a 2016 Mazda Grand Touring CX-5 but they didn't have the vehicle we were looking for on the lot and didn't offer us a very good deal to get one from another dealership. We just so happened to be going to the car show in Charlotte on the 29th and stopped by Keffer Mazda in Huntersville. Everyone was extremely nice and not pushy at all. They didn't ask us all the dumb questions that the dealership in Winston asked us. They were much easier to deal with so we made a purchase from them even thought it is 1 hour and 45 minute drive from where we live. We are loving our new Mazda CX-5. Chad, Donnie and Randy were so nice to us it almost felt like family. More
