Through the process of test driving all the vehicles i was being sold on all the good and useless features the cars came with etc. However, as an experienced driver i was looking for a great drivers experience and not a dashboard full of pointless LED back-lit buttons. Day 1: 30 minutes, Kenny shows me how cool Mazda is and the test drive. Day 2: 15 minutes, I tell them that my financing got through and showed the check via email and got my car home. Day 3: Gave the check, got my duplicate key and wrote this review. My APR was a little high and even after we had a done deal, when i mentioned that part, Kenny was kind enough to make a considerable difference on the total value. No negotiation. I said so about my APR and he gave me a reasonable number immediately. ** no desperate follow ups, No selling me on BS upgrades(everyone knows a pair of floor mats do not equate to an extra $500 ;)). He let me drive, decide and pay. As simple as that.** I am not going to say i recommend kenny because if you are reading this, you should know by now that he's the go-to guy at Keffer Mazda. More

Mary was lovely to deal with and knowledgable. Elite gave us the deal we wanted, or at least thought was fair. We got almost what we wanted for our trade, and got a little more off of the new car price than we asked for. All in all a great experience. More

I recently relocated to Huntersville and needed to service my car. I called my new local Mazda service department and spoke with Chris, a service advisor. He seemed both knowledgeable and pleasant. He set up my next service appointment at the day and time I requested. I brought my car in for its general service and again spoke to Chris who I had made the appointment with. To my surprise he was even more knowledgeable and respectful than I had first thought over the phone (you know how some advisors can be!). He told me one hour and it was done in 45 minutes. Because of Chris's knowledge and honesty I will only come to Keffer Mazda to get service done. On top of that, again because of a Chris I will be purchasing a new car soon and for sure it will be at Keffer Mazda. Great job Chris! Thanks again! More

Great Experience I have been wanting to get a new car for the past 2 years but dreaded the process of car buying. There aren't many things that I enjoy less than being I have been wanting to get a new car for the past 2 years but dreaded the process of car buying. There aren't many things that I enjoy less than being pressured into making fairly big decisions. Recently I finally made myself go into a few dealers and test drive several small size SUV's. A co-worker told me about their positive experience at Keffer Mazda and I'm so glad that they did. My experience at Keffer Mazda was really great and I appreciate that I was never too pressured into making a decision. I had the pleasure of working with Yuri who sold me the 2016 CX-5. He was super nice, very knowledgable and clearly loves the Mazda brand. Throughout the whole process and even after I purchased the car, he responded to my questions via text and email very quickly. I was weighing between 3 different cars and Yuri and the team were understanding in me wanting to take my time in making a decision. They let me take the CX-5 home for 24 hours so that I had more time to get a feel for the car--this was extremely helpful. It was fairly late on the day I went in to buy the car and they stayed a couple hours past closing until I was finished with the process. Even with it being late, I never felt rushed. I also still hadn't decided on which exterior color I wanted (between the navy and red). Yuri literally stood out on the lot with me between the different color options and waited patiently until I made my decision. He got me set up with the car and walked me through the infotainment system before I left. Tony was really great to work with on the finances. The whole process was very smooth and painless. He took the time to clearly explain everything I was signing and encouraged questions. He also clearly loves the Mazda brand. I had been looking other places for months, but this was the 1st dealership that I felt like the agent gave me plenty of time to make the important decision of purchasing a new car, and was patient throughout the process. Rodney was knowledgeable, professional, and above all was not pushy, nor did I feel pressured from him in manner. This was a different experience from other dealerships I visited. He also set up my GPS, and explained it, and synced my phone before we left the dealership. I also had a positive experience working with Tony Rios. All the plan options were explained for the Mastertech vehicle protection program. I have received follow up phone calls to inquire as to whether I have questions or concerns from both employees. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I have already recommended them to others. More
