Great experience We found Keffer Mazda to have a decent selection of used cars. We came to view one car, ended up viewing three and test driving two. Our salesman was relaxed and not pushing us to buy a new car unlike a nearby dealer we visited prior to Keffer Mazda. It is nice to be able to just view what you came for without all the slick talk. So far we have been driving our used car about a week and all is good. Yes, we discovered dings and scratches that only revealed themselves on a bright sunny day later on, but it is used. And slight annoyances to the specific car we bought just due to the way it was made that we did not realize at purchase (like the passenger seat does not go higher, only the driver's seat), but again our fault for not thinking to check that! Overall our experience with the dealer was great, quick and the car runs fine. More

Outstanding service at Keffer Mazda I visited several car dealerships in the Charlotte area in order to test drive cars that I thought I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at I visited several car dealerships in the Charlotte area in order to test drive cars that I thought I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at Keffer Mazda I was immediately greeted by a nice sales person who was willing to listen to me tell him what I was hoping to buy. He showed me a few cars and suggested I take them on a test drive to determine if the car met my expectation. During the drive he pointed out features and beneits. He also shared with me why he like selling Mazdas. His confidence in the cars performance was encouraging. All the things I was interested in the Mazda offered. Within only a week or 2 he texted me information about a car he felt was exactly what I wanted. He was right! Each visit I made to the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism. The process to purchase the car was so easy and all the details were explained in a clear manner. I felt I always understood what I was signing and why. If someone is looking to buy a pre-owned or new car I would highly suggest they visit Keffer Mazda during their search for the right car. More
