Chris Wilkie jumped through hoops to locate the exact vehicle I wanted - and delivered it even earlier than promised. The car itself continues to exceed my expectations. The window sticker had indicated 28/40 MPG. It's an incredible plus that my Mazda even exceeds those estimates - I often realize 46-47 MPG on the highway and my combined average MPG is 34. I've been in for my first oil service and tire rotation and am very impressed with Jay Zimberg and he team. Jay is extremely accomodating of my ever-changing schedule and happily works around my last-minute planning. Thanks to the great team at Keffer Mazda. More

It does seem that every time I go there there is a different person at the service desk - but they always do a good job. They find the time to answer questions and seem genuinely helpful. Great car purchasing experience I stepped into Keffer Mazda after reading several great reviews on the 2016 Mazda 6. I was entertaining getting out of my lease because I drove a sti I stepped into Keffer Mazda after reading several great reviews on the 2016 Mazda 6. I was entertaining getting out of my lease because I drove a stick shift and 77 traffic was getting worse by the day. The moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by Mary Tweedlie. She was very easy to work with, inviting, and most importantly, knew A LOT about the car. Expecting to get the usual "Let's take it for a drive and see if you like it" sort of spiel, I was pleasantly surprised when Mary provided a very comprehensive tutorial of the vehicle, inside and out. She extensively walked through the controls, the features of the car, even before pulling it out of the lot. I did not find her pushy at all, and she took copious notes regarding my needs as a customer. After my test drive, I came back two weeks later to finalize the deal. I worked with with Mary and the general sales manager, Lowell Bockert, and we were able to work out a fantastic deal on a trade and purchase for my new Mazda. Thank you and the Keffer team for making this a painless experience and I'm looking forward to breaking in my new car and being part of the Mazda "Zoom Zoom" family. More
Professional & courteous I was quickly able to set up a same-day appointment online. Although I arrived early, I was quickly checked in after explaining my issue. Chris explained that the light on my dash was a warning from a tire pressure monitor, not the check engine light which is what I thought. Although all tires looked fine they let me know they would look at the tires and sensors.. While in the waiting area I was informed that there was a nail in my tire and informed of the cost plus taxes. While waiting for the repair to be completed I walked the lot and within several minutes my salesperson Lewis who sold me the car in January came out to greet me. We chatted for a moment, then retreated from the hot weather. The tire was quickly repaired and I was on my way. I have only had positive interactions at Keffer Mazda. Chris was great, and I must mention Lewis who went above and beyond to close the deal for me when I purchased the vehicle in January. (Mazda6). I highly recommend Keffer Mazda! More
