I wanted a specific color car and they found one at another dealership and had it sent to them. It was at the dealership at the date and time promised. Johnny was very friendly and not pushy. He seemed genuine and didn't patronize me as most car salesmen have in the past. I really appreciated his effort to make the purchasing process as painless as possible. He was very patient and didn't seem to mind when I wanted to test drive the CX-5 just to make sure I wanted the Mazda6 instead of a suv. The price negotiation went well with only 1 counteroffer instead of trying to go back and forth over a few dollars. Overall I would recommend Keffer Mazda and Johnny as the salesman. More
