The manager offered our 10 year old son $50 if he got his parents to purchase this car, which we did, but he did not follow through. We feel this is poor business practice,and if a manager offers such an incentive to a child, he should be ready to follow through. If he sent the $50 in the mail, we apologize for our comments herein. We know the Honda CRV is a reliable car and we hope to have many good years with this car. More

The exerpience was relaxed and not overly formal. I had many, many questions for my salesman, and he answered all of them paitently and was honest even in areas where it might have been more status quo for him to sweeten the truth a bit. I feel I got a good deal and they offered several little extra promotions (gift cards, etc) to make the sale even more appealing. Even though the office is small and it seems like they have a few people doing multiple jobs, we were able to get the sale approved and the finacing done in record time. My last purchase was from a much larger dealership and that processing took forever by comparison. I was also very happy here with financing. I told the guy up front I was not interested in any add on products and he honored that with no argument and did not try to hard sell me on anything -- we just signed the paperwork in 5 or 10 minutes time and that was that. There building may not look as slick or new as many other dealerships (they're working on a new location) but I would gladly take their relaxed and friendly approach over an expensive, high-tech building any day of the week. More

Quick and Easy I went into the car buying experience with nothing but bad experiences. The last time I was in a dealership, I spent roughly 5 hours for the purchase I went into the car buying experience with nothing but bad experiences. The last time I was in a dealership, I spent roughly 5 hours for the purchase of one vehicle. After being referred through the Costco program I made contact with Keffer with the intention of buying a CX9 to replace my existing CX9. Jenna and JJ at Keffer expedited my paperwork, made the experience as transparent as it could be. I ended up buying a second Mazda at Keffer. My wife and I travelled down from the Triad to Huntersville. The paperwork was prepared ahead of time and we spent more time at the dealership learning about the vehicles we were buying than signing papers. 40 minutes in the dealership for the purchase of two cars beats 5 hours for one. No Surprises. I would recommend the interent process to anyone, Keffer will earn my business again. More

Best car buying experience ever! We have been Toyota people for several years. So when it came to buy a new car there was little though process on what and where we were going. But We have been Toyota people for several years. So when it came to buy a new car there was little though process on what and where we were going. But we did our due diligence on researching the vehicle we wanted. What we realized was that Mazda was consistently ranked higher than Toyota. So we went to Keffer Mazda in Huntersville and was completely blown away. We met with Lewis Gobble and explained what we were looking for. We were upfront about our previous buying experience with Toyota. Lewis understood and took the time to show us the difference between Mazda and Toyota. Lewis introduced us to the General Manager Gabriel Faria. Mr. Faria was very personable and understood our reluctance to make the change. After reviewing our options, we decided to try the Mazda. We were so impressed with the quality of the Mazda vehicles and especially with the service provided by Lewis Gobble. I would highly recommend Keffer Mazda to all my friends. More
