Gabriel personally came out and calculated numbers with me on the computer, he even used Bankrate's calculator at my request and we got matching results. If you are knowledgeable in the car buying process (with APRs, MFs, residuals, etc), Keffer Mazda is the place to buy. Other dealerships will hide behind a finance manager who sits in the back and punches number into a computer, while a sales associated runs back and forth, but not here. The staff here will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. This dealership treats its customers like smart customers, not like you do not know anything. My family purchased 2 Mazdas from this dealership this summer. Will definitely return when the time comes. More

Wonderful car purchasing experience I originally visited Keffer Mazda and worked with Bryan Brinson. I was so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. But most of all I was impresse I originally visited Keffer Mazda and worked with Bryan Brinson. I was so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. Great car at a fair price I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 this past Memorial Day. The salesperson was Derrick who is no longer with the dealership. Derrick appeared to be a go- I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 this past Memorial Day. The salesperson was Derrick who is no longer with the dealership. Derrick appeared to be a go-getter. He worked out a reasonable deal with us to include touch up paint, 2 years of service and an extra key. When I returned for my paint touchup and to pick up my key, I was told that Derrick made promises that were not documented. Although this was the case, the dealership still worked with me to honor these agreements. I love the vehicle and all the features. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More
