I BOUGHT MY CAR BACK IN JULY 2011 A USED VOLVO SUV. I CALLED THE SALES PERSON BACK TO LET HIM KNOW THERE WERE A NUMBER OF THINGS WRONG WITH THE CAR. THEY WERE SUP POSE TO PICK THE CAR BACK UP TO CHECK IT CALLED THE SALES PERSON BACK TO LET HIM KNOW THERE WERE A NUMBER OF THINGS WRONG WITH THE CAR. THEY WERE SUP POSE TO PICK THE CAR BACK UP TO CHECK IT. I WAITED SEVERAL DAYS FOR THEM TO PICK THE CAR UP. I ENDED UP TAKING THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER IN NC. I FILLED OUT THE FORM AND LEFT ALL THE THINGS I FOUND WITH THE CAR AT THE TIME. THE LIGHTS CAME ON ON THE PANEL AND THE COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE ODOMETER IS NOT REGISTERING THE CORRECT MILEAGE. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED MATS FOR THE CAR OVER THREE MONTHS AGO STILL DON'T HAVE THE MATS. IT TOOK THREE MONTHS FOR THE PAPER WORK TO BE SENT TO DMV IN VA. IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND I FINALLY HAD TO CALL THE SALES MANAGER BEFORE THE PAPER WORK WAS SENT. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY INFORMATION IS STILL A SECRET BECAUSE I STILL CAN'T GET THE INFORMATION. WHEN YOU SEND AN E-MAIL TO THE GENERAL MANAGER OR SALES MANAGER YOU NEVER GET A RESPONSE BACK. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T GET THE E-MAILS THEY GO TO THE INTERNET MANAGER. THIS DEALER SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I HAVE A CAR THAT I DON'T DRIVE BECAUSE THE MILES ARE OUTRAGEOUS IF I TAKE A 15 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE MALL. I'M GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I AM TRYING TO TRADE THE CAR IN BUT THE MILEAGE IS A ROAD BLOCK. More

I called on Saturday and explained the problem I was having to Heather. She new exactly what I was talking about. She told me what they would do first and gave me an estimate of the cost. She was able to set me up with an appointmen at 8 Monday morning. I arrived a few minutes early and Heather was there waiting. I had several questions and she was able to explain exactly what they were going to do to correct the problem with my car. I really appreciate her knowledge and ability to communicate the details. I had forgotten to ask them to please vacumn the water from the carpet on the passenger floor, but when I did ask Heather, she said no problem, they would bring it back in and take care of that for me. The next thing I knew was Linda was telling me my car was ready and they had vacumn all the water out of the carpet. They were able to fix my car so I can run my AIR CONDITIONER and not have water flow into the carpet. And in the heat we are having here in Charlotte, what a blessing. This was such a positive experience and i can will definitley recommend this Service Department to others. I love my 2003 Galant and hope it last many more years. But when it is time to give her up I feel like if the Sales Department is anything like the Service Department, I will look there first for my second Galant.
