He explained the issue along with a few other things found. All was covered under my extended warranty and he explained to me how all that worked. Even though it did take a few days for them to get the parts and the work completed it was not a problem at all, as they gave me one of there courtesy vehicles to drive. The service Manager Justin runs a great team! I am super thankful for the quality customer service and work done! Would recommend!! More

He didn't try to sell me on a vehicle I didn't want and he wasn't pushy in any way. He was really informed on the specs of the vehicles as well which I appreciated. The dealership was clean and staff was friendly. The only headache came from actually negotiating my price as my original offer from the dealer was about twice what the incentive was on the national website. Eventually I ended up with a deal I felt comfortable with and I was out of there pretty quickly. More

When we walked into the dealership we were given excellent service and hospitality and my husband was very pleased with the financing terms as well as the warranty and gap insurance package. John was great about emailing me with a link to learn more about the features of my new car and he also made sure to find the CD's we accidentally left in the car we traded in. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They even put a bow on the car and took pictures of me with the car to remember this special birthday. More
