From the moment I contacted Keffer about needed to get a new car, Brian was there the whole way. I can't say enough great things about my (now second) purchasing experience. I was picked up from the dealership via their courtesy van, greeted with friendly smiles, and at no time did I feel pressured into anything. Brian worked with me to make sure everything I wanted was available, and made sure it fell within my price range. Communication prior to visiting was prompt, and non-pressuring. I really felt like I was a VIP throughout all of my interactions with Keffer! Thanks to Brian Wiles and Keffer VW, I'm now driving the best car I've ever owned! More

Disappointing experience I am a former VW owner, and my TDI was recalled. To get some of their customers back, VW offers an incentive of nearly 4K. The salesman was able to locate it, and got the paper ready, but when he actually called the dealer to make sure the car was there, it was not there. Apparently, the salesman found 4 more Golf Wolfsburg manual which were available in North Carolina and promised me it would be there the next day in the evening. I even received an email "You are all set, your car will be there tomorrow evening". Well, the next day at noon, I was informed the car was not available. Frustrated, I contacted the sales manager who told me they could actually not locate the car. I mentioned that I was frustrated and was considering pulling out of the deal (which I had signed the day before), to which the sales manager responded "It's up to you. I am not making any money on this sale, so no worries if you decide to pull out of the deal". Although this may be true (that he is not making any money, and that my car is difficult to locate), this is by no means a way to treat your customer. I gave him until the very next day at noon, to update me, which he never did. I pulled out of the deal and went down to Mazda. I am amazed how much turnaround there is at this VW dealer. Two salesmans I met were on the job just either one week of 3 weeks. More

We have been loyal to the VW family of products since 2006 and saw no reason not to continue with the brand. Keffer is the closest dealership to our home. Since we were replacing 3 vehicles I expected the process to be fraught with angst. To my amazement...........no. It was a fantastic experience. The personnel were friendly and considerate of our time. The fuel economy was unbelievable with the diesel cars. Although the gas vehicles can't compete with the economy and longevity of a diesel car, we feel confident that the new product will perform a close second. More

I will recommend it to everyone that is looking for a quality vehicle and a great team of people willing to help you and to listen to all of your concerns. Austin was our sales person and he was wonderful to us and our need. He took his time to share his experience with the vehicle he was showing and took his time to explain the way the car and the controls of the car worked with a very joyful way. It was cold outside and it was late in the evening, but it did not seem to make a difference to him. Dewayne one of the Sales Managers and Jeffrey the Internet Sales Manager were so kind and took the time to talk to us and to show us that our business mattered. Their genuine demeanor was very refreshing in a fast passed culture where numbers and bottom lines is what drives businesses, but not to them they were pleasant and very friendly. Sean in finances was honest and kind. He saw what we needed and what we did not need, did not push sales but did his job with a lot of clarity and he made the paper work feel seamless. Avoid this place Don't ever consider buying a used car from this dealership. Poor customer service and they don't stand behind their used cars. Seeram assured me there was minimal risk since I'd have first right of refusal if anything was wrong. When I got back into town and picked up the car, it was better than I expected. From the moment I walked in to when I drove away in my new RDX, everyone at Keffer was extremely pleasant and I'd definitely buy a vehicle from them again! More
