It is unfortunate that I have to review this dealership because I like the sales lady I bought from twice. I bought 2 vehicles in 2 weeks there. First one was a new 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL and had small because I like the sales lady I bought from twice. I bought 2 vehicles in 2 weeks there. First one was a new 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL and had small issues with it and they took care of that BUT when I bought the second car was a used 2022 Volkswagen GTI Autobahn. That was a few issues as well THEY were a completely different dealership. First item had no engine cover because “it was under a recall” and the second item was the driver’s mirror had scratches. I don’t know if the detail dept didn’t clean it right but at night it shows up. On both items they refused to help me on even though the car is a “Certified Car”. They also charged me “Keffer Advantage” for items I never got. So would you shop there again?? NO. VERY DISAPPOINTED in dealership management. More

Moe and Brian are complete xxxxx and cheats. They shook hands on a deal for VW Tiguan (2021). I told them that I was in a rush and hence would come back next day to complete the paperwork. Worst experience ever (I'm not even exaggerating). Bought a lightly used (< 15,000 miles) VW from Keffer three months ago. Was driving it last week (I've put < 1,000 miles on it since purchase) an Bought a lightly used (< 15,000 miles) VW from Keffer three months ago. Was driving it last week (I've put < 1,000 miles on it since purchase) and the ABS, check engine, traction control, and "brakes: service now" dash notifications came on all at once. I was 2.5 hours away from Keffer when this happened so I took it to the nearest VW dealership to have this looked into since the notification about the brakes was especially concerning with a newborn in the car. I called Keffer and they offered me a measly 20% off of parts and labor but wanted me to drive a car with a brakes warning light on 2.5 hours in order to get it fixed there. So the only way you're willing to work with me is if I risk my own life?!? This car is only three months old! Why was this car not certified pre-owned when others of the same year, make, and model with more miles were certified? Did Keffer know about this issue? I should have read the other one star reviews. Buy your next car anywhere but here. More
