LT has excellent customer relations skills, especially the ability to converse over a wide range of topics with the customer. The demand and reputation of the Passat TDI makes it difficult to negotiate a really Good deal. I chose to work with Keffer VW instead of Carolina VW, Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC because I know a customer of theirs who experienced very poor customer service. It took him over a month to get a second ignition key for the used car and, after three years he's given up on them ever getting him the requested container of touch up paint. More
