Dishonest and Lacking Customer Service Lease was ending and decided to go to them for a new Santa Fe. The salesman mislead me to believe he would trade my old leased car to the new. He sent Lease was ending and decided to go to them for a new Santa Fe. The salesman mislead me to believe he would trade my old leased car to the new. He sent me a text that said he could make the old car "go poof!" He tried to charge me twice what any other dealership quoted. He harassed me with calls until I told him to match the other quotes or I would go elsewhere. Somehow, he made the price match happen. Then I found out when I went to get the keys to the new car that I was stuck with the old and it wasn't a trade. He told me I wouldn't have to pay another payment on the old lease. He lied. I called in advance on the day I was turning the old car in. When I got there I asked for the guy I was told and he said it was a day time thing and to come back. All they care about are sales. When they hook you, they're finished helping you with anything. I will be sure to go to Rock Hill or even Charlotte next time. More
