I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Keith Pierson Toyota. I recently traded in a 2026 Sequoia that I had purchased from them and contacted the Finance Director, John Jo business with Keith Pierson Toyota. I recently traded in a 2026 Sequoia that I had purchased from them and contacted the Finance Director, John Jordon, to request a refund for the maintenance contract and service contract totaling approximately $3,500. I was assured that the refund would be processed, and promises were made that a check would be sent. Weeks later, I am still waiting. Despite multiple communications, the check has not arrived and the commitments that were made have not been fulfilled. The lack of follow-through and the poor after-sale communication have been extremely frustrating. Once the sale is done, it seems very difficult to get anyone to take responsibility or provide clear answers. At this point, I’m beginning to believe that I may have to involve an attorney just to receive the refund that I was told would be issued. More
I WAS ALMOST ARRESTED! !!! I was LIED to before I purchased my 2026 Corolla. I was treated really good by the salesman and his manager. After I signed. I found out through t !!! I found out through the the service advisor that they just told me what I wanted to hear. Neither the salesman nor the manager wanted to speak with me. They referred me to Jonathan. He raised his voice and yelled at me. Turns out that Keith Pierson's employees are permitted to lie in order to make a sale. As I was walking out, I spoke loudly about my disapproval and disappointment with this dealership. Jonathan followed me out and threatened that I will be arrested for TRESPASSING! I can NOT go back to Keith Pierson for service; for fear that I could be ARRESTED. I know if I expressed my approval loudly as I left the showroom; I would not have threatened More
We came into Keith Pierson Toyota ready to seriously consider purchasing a vehicle and had already narrowed our decision down to two specific cars before arriving. Unfortunately, the experience quick consider purchasing a vehicle and had already narrowed our decision down to two specific cars before arriving. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became extremely frustrating. Our salesperson, David Pope, spent a long time trying to convince us to look at completely different vehicles even after we clearly explained multiple times that we had already narrowed our choice down to two. Instead of helping us with the vehicles we wanted, he kept trying to redirect us to other cars we were not interested in. After finally test driving the vehicle we came in for, what should have been a simple conversation about pricing turned into almost two hours of unnecessary back and forth between the salesperson and the sales manager. During this entire time we repeatedly asked a very basic question: how much is the car? Instead of answering that simple question, we kept getting the run around. The salesperson continuously asked how much we planned to put down or what monthly payment we were comfortable with rather than simply telling us the price of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle determines everything, so it made absolutely no sense that we could not get a straight answer. We asked for the price many times during the two hours we were there and still never received it. Even worse, our credit was pulled during this process and we still were not given actual numbers afterward. Instead we were given vague ballpark payment estimates and were again encouraged to consider different vehicles simply because they might have lower monthly payments. After nearly two hours at the dealership we still did not have the price of the vehicle we came in to buy. The constant back and forth to the manager’s office, the lack of transparency, and the repeated attempts to push other vehicles made the entire experience extremely stressful and frustrating. We ultimately left the dealership because we were not comfortable continuing a process where something as basic as the price of the vehicle could not be clearly provided.
