I ONLY DEALT WITH TWO ENTITIES. JAMES DOUGLAS, (SALES ASSOCIATE) AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. JAMES WAS THE BEST EVER. HE LISTENED TO MY DISAPPOINTMENTS FROM MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE PURC JAMES DOUGLAS, (SALES ASSOCIATE) AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. JAMES WAS THE BEST EVER. HE LISTENED TO MY DISAPPOINTMENTS FROM MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE PURCHASE AND RELAYED TO ME THAT HE COULD TURN THOSE DISAPPOINTMENTS AROUND. I WAS DOUBTFULL AND EVEN TOLD HIM SO. EVEN SHOOK HIS HAND AND ASKED HIM IF WE'D STILL BE BUD'S AFTER I SAID NO, UPON COMPLETION OF THE TEST DRIVE? HE SAID OF COURSE. EVEN TOLD HIM I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE CAR LOOKED. IT WASN'T THAT I HATED IT, I JUST THOUGHT THE 2024 MODEL LOOKED COOLER. SO, WE WENT ON THE TEST DRIVE AND I LOVED IT. I HAD NEVER DRIVEN A HYBRID BEFORE AND WAS THROUGHLY IMPRESSED. SO, WE TALKED MONEY, CAME UP WITH A MUTUAL FIGURE, AND IT WAS OFF TO THE RACES. THEN I GOT BACK TO FINANCE. I WAS THE SECOND PERSON TO BE SEATED BACK IN THAT AREA BUT WAS THE THIRD PERSON TO BE SEEN BY SOMEONE. SOMEBODY GOT AHEAD OF ME. I ALMOST WALKED OUT WHEN THE COUPLE THAT GOT AHEAD OF ME STARTED LOUDLY COMPLAINING ABOUT SOMETHING FOR THE NEXT HALF HOUR. MY FINANCE GUY CAME OUT JUST IN TIME. REAL POLITE, NICE AND APOLOGETIC. ALL AND ALL, EVERYTHING WORKED OUT GREAT. MY WIFE WAS UPSET THAT I DIDN'T DISCUSS THIS WITH HER AHEAD OF TIME, BUT EVEN THAT SITUATION IS NOW RESOLVED, LOL. TOOK A COUPLE DAYS, BUT ALL GOOD HERE. This was my first visit to Keith Pierson Toyota. The dealership was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I dealt with 3 employees--our sales associate, Adam Trongo, finance director Chris Jordan and the bathroom attendant. Adam Trongo was probably the best car salesman I've encountered. From his first handshake of greeting to my end-of-day hug of thanks, he was extremely professional, helpful, patient, informative and kind to my family and me. I never felt rushed or pressured and for that I am most grateful. Great job, Adam! Chris Jordan, Finance Director, was equally professional, informative and helpful. The dreaded paperwork experience was easier and quicker than I expected. Many thanks, Chris! I didn't catch her name, but the bathroom attendant was very friendly and obviously takes great pride in her work. The bathroom was spotless! What a treat! Be careful about the paperwork when buying. First bought a new Tundra. Sticker said 48,995. When the form was made out it started at 50,000 and was told a new topper was 1500 and the price First bought a new Tundra. Sticker said 48,995. When the form was made out it started at 50,000 and was told a new topper was 1500 and the price on the form was 2500. Since my wife did the transaction, I did not catch this till later. A couple of years later bought a new RAV-4. Price listed was 38,995 but a additional tag was stuck on the side adding an additional 7,000 to the price. Also, again a figure was added on the form but this time I caught it and finally got 1500 refunded. Of course it took over 2 months to finally get it. Also on trade in value they use what the call the "black book" which I was told by someone in the used car business was created by car dealers to give you a lot less for your trade-in . More
