I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Keith Pierson Toyota. I recently traded in a 2026 Sequoia that I had purchased from them and contacted the Finance Director, John Jo business with Keith Pierson Toyota. I recently traded in a 2026 Sequoia that I had purchased from them and contacted the Finance Director, John Jordon, to request a refund for the maintenance contract and service contract totaling approximately $3,500. I was assured that the refund would be processed, and promises were made that a check would be sent. Weeks later, I am still waiting. Despite multiple communications, the check has not arrived and the commitments that were made have not been fulfilled. The lack of follow-through and the poor after-sale communication have been extremely frustrating. Once the sale is done, it seems very difficult to get anyone to take responsibility or provide clear answers. At this point, I’m beginning to believe that I may have to involve an attorney just to receive the refund that I was told would be issued. More

He raised his voice and yelled at me. Turns out that Keith Pierson's employees are permitted to lie in order to make a sale. As I was walking out, I spoke loudly about my disapproval and disappointment with this dealership. Jonathan followed me out and threatened that I will be arrested for TRESPASSING!
