I had the worse car buying experience ever, I came in to buy a Tundra 1794(CASH) and they didn't have the color i wanted and the salesman Javon Felder and sales manger Roger Necessary took advantage of me b buy a Tundra 1794(CASH) and they didn't have the color i wanted and the salesman Javon Felder and sales manger Roger Necessary took advantage of me because i am a senior citizen and disable Veteran, They told me they needed my social security to check my credit and if it was good i would get a better price i told them there were no need to check it because i'm paying case ,i gave them my social anyway. They didn't have the color i wanted and i seen them giving each other signal, their next trick they wanted to buy my truck and i told them i have never traded a vehicle and i didn't want to trade now, their trick was if i traded them my truck i would have to buy their truck they haggle me over and hour and i finally gave up. and bought a black truck and i wanted a Pearl White color i didn't want, the truck i bought because it's black and i have never bought nothing but white vehicles as a matter of fact i bought the one i was driving from Keith Pierson and it was white. i wanted to speak directly with Keith Pierson because I knew if i talk to anyone else they would cover for each other and sweep it under the carpet. I bought my truck on November 23 2025 and I called atleast 50 times from November 24 2025 to speak to Mr. Pierson and i could never talk to him. After calling and i made atleast 10 trips to the dealership hoping to see him not being able to speak to him i decided to talk to his assistant Darlene and she told me i had to talk to Mr. McDowell the store manager and i talked to him and was told he would find the truck i wanted and pay the difference, I told him i had paid him over 92,000 with my trade in and i wasn't paying him anymore money. I will never buy another vehicle from Keith Pierson and I am retired Military and i'm going to tell all my friends not to buy from them, I been buying vehicle over 50 years and this was my worse experience. I left word with Mr. Mcdowell over 2 months ago for Mr. Pierson to call me and i'm still waiting Hopefully Mr. Pierson see my experience!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We went on June 27th and purchased a ‘26 grand Highlander. When driving the car by myself, I started to notice loud bass like sound coming from the rear. It’s so loud that it was causing bad migraines when I am driving. It’s seems the sound is worse with one person in the car. The day we went to purchase the car, the sales person William Ross, went to pickup the car from another location and drove it to the dealership. It’s our belief that he was aware of the sound coming from the rear and still decided to sell the vehicle to us. If he would have just been honest and tell us about the issue, we would have purchased another Grand Highlander without any issues. I started to research about the issues and came across it “cabin boom” issue, which is a known issue on grand highlanders. You can google it, I also joined a group on facebook with other owners of grand Highlander and found out several others with the same issue. Unfortunately, it’s not in all vehicles, maybe 1/10. We live hour and half away from the dealer, so I took it to local dealer that is closer to us, they checked and agreed that our vehicle issue but unfortunately there is no solution because it’s not a large issue. after calling about the issue and talking to sales guy William Ross, he said “he is with a customer 😆”(best excuse for sales person) and he never returned the call back to resolve the issue. I was hoping he would have told us to bring the car in for a solution and offer us another grand Highlander without any issues. Few days later my husband went in to talk to Jonathan McDowell regarding the issues, he said his sales people are honest and would never lie😆 to sell a car. They won’t be able to do anything about the situation. We lost $15000 because of this issue. He offered his business card and told him to include his name on the review. I know one bad review won’t change anything but at least people will know what they are getting with them. More
