I purchased a 2012 Mazda 5 online through this dealership in July of 2025. After receiving the vehicle, It took several weeks for the title to arrive and when it did finally come, the mileage was incorrect. in July of 2025. After receiving the vehicle, It took several weeks for the title to arrive and when it did finally come, the mileage was incorrect. I sent the title back to the dealership to be corrected. After several more weeks of not receiving a corrected title, I reached back out and was told that the title was returned to their dealership because USPS marked it as "undeliverable" to my address... which is interesting because the first one had no issues showing up other than the time delay. So here we are today (09/25/26) and I still do not have a corrected title after being told on 09/10/26 that it would arrive within 7 days. As of the date of this review, I am giving the dealership 7 days to contact me and make this right.
