My disappointment came when we went to sign the papers and I did not get more for my trade like I had hoped, and my payments ended up being $50 more than I had agreed upon. The dealership tried to pull the bait and switch. Quoted a price over the phone and then after an hour drive to their dealership no truck. We visited the dealership on 7/28, not intending to buy. Erin met us at the door and made us feel like VIP's. Erin worked diligently with us and for us to find the perfect car.
