Our newest purchase is a 2013 Avalon, and this vehicle is simply the best Toyota ever. Our saleman (Kennedy) was very knowledgeable on this newly design vehicle, and he made it possible for us to continue our relationship with the Toyota family. We started our search for a 2013 Limited Toyota Highlander at Keith Pierson Toyota, made our rounds to compare at other dealerships in Jacksonville and returned to Keith Pierson Toyota to purchase. Our initial visit was 12/30/12 and we were entertaining year-end 2012 models and 2013 models. Jeana provided exceptional personal service, catering to what we wanted. We purchased a Blizzard Pearl 2013 Limited Highlander on 01/19/13 because of the attractive purchase price, full value of our BMW x5 trade-in, warranty benefits through KP Toyota and personalized service from Jeana. She even called this past weekend to check in. We anticipate we'll be driving the Highlander for the next 5-10 years but when we're back in the market for another vehicle we'll be back to Keith Pierson. More

I had an '05 Scion tC that I have been taking to Keith Pierson for service for years. I didn't buy the car there, but you wouldn't think so because they treated me like I bought the car there and even bet Pierson for service for years. When my block cracked on my car, I felt it was in my best interest to get a new car. They were able to get me what I wanted: a 2012 Scion xB. The service was amazing, the staff so friendly and making it a fairly stress free experience. I tell everyone what wonderful people work at Keith Pierson and recommend them every chance I get. Unlike most places, the relationship doesn't end with the purchase and that positive experience is what brings me back every time no matter how far out of my way they may be. More
