Keith Pierson has a great, clean dealership and the Keith Pierson has a great, clean dealership and the salesman Brian Jones spent time with me to get the car that I wanted, and we actually took it to Keith Pierson has a great, clean dealership and the salesman Brian Jones spent time with me to get the car that I wanted, and we actually took it to my house for my wife to look at.I did not work my best deal but that is my fault as the salesman did his job to get me comfortable with the dealership and the vehicle. We have went back to the dealership a couple times and each time the Keith Pierson team has met our every need. I was approved for the .09% finance but they would not give it to me because they said that they could not give that and discount from the sticker----Keith Pierson sticker starts out with an ADM $3,000 to $5,000 markup additional from any other dealer. They were having a TV giveaway with car purchase, but the TV was only if no discount was given off sticker---that's crazy who would pay sticker price with the additional "ADM markup" just to get a $600 TV. I still will recommend Keith Pierson Toyota, but check several dealers,get a bottom price then see if Keith Pierson wants your business. Keith Pierson Toyota has the cleanest looking and staffed service department, so I am sure that I will be happy with that when my new car is ready for service. More
Nothing wrong with the Vehicle. Sales person had a good knowledge of the product. However, when it came to price and financing the sales person and finance person where not on the same page. Had me sign a sheet stating that I declined an promotional offer that was never offered in the first place. Did not understand that. In the end I bought a car at regular price. No special price. I could have gone to another dealer and get same deal. I will take the car to another dealer for maintenance so I don't have to second guess pricing. More

As a retired military member, I have traveled all over the world and most of the United States of America. I have purchased a lot of cars both new and used. I had never been treated like the salesperson w the world and most of the United States of America. I have purchased a lot of cars both new and used. I had never been treated like the salesperson was really interested in what I wanted,but want they wanted to sell me to get the largest commission. That's the major difference, in my opinion, between other dealers and Keith Pierson Toyota. They were the most accomodating dealer I have ever been in, during the 40+ years I've been buying cars. Your not going to get the attention or the deal that this dealer is capable of offering. If they don't have want you on the lot, they have several hundred other models stashed away at the holding lot for you to choose from. I didn't make it easy for them but when I left the lot I was a very happy camper! My salesperson went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and she actually walked the entire lot looking for that special vehicle for me. Four wheel drive vehicles are few and far between in Florida, but as I am moving north and needed one, they found the perfect one in a 6 cylinder. Perfect for my needs! My spouse will be purchasing another vehicle soon. There is no doubt that I'll travel from Kentucky to Florida to buy another vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota. I've been to other Toyota dealers in this area but got the canned sales pitch. As a old Army recruiter myself, I know when I am being hustled. No hustling here! Straightforward, honest people that want to help fit you to the right vehicle at the right price. You just can't beat that! After the deal was done the paperwork was a breeze also, 0 percent interest pretty much sells itself in todays economy. The finance specialist was extrememly helpful and professional in explaining all the details of the deal along with all the options that I had chosen. A+++ rating in my book. I'll be back again. More

I stopped by for a quick visit to see if the dealership has a preowned Honda element. It turned out their was no element in current inventory. Marcus went in to overdrive at this time by inviting me to tes has a preowned Honda element. It turned out their was no element in current inventory. Marcus went in to overdrive at this time by inviting me to test drive any sport utility on the lot to see if another vehicle would meet my needs. I test drove two Honda c.r.v that were very clean and drove like a dream but was not a good fit for my needs. Marcus was not ready to give up so we rode the lot again and spotted a Toyota scion and it was as close to a element as we could get on this day. I test drove it and liked it better then the other two but still was not sure it would fit my needs. Marcus discussed the matter with his boss Anderson and I was offered a opportunity to do the paperwork and drive it for a day and if I was not happy with it just bring it back and I could get my trade in back with no questions asked. Well it turned out that I was not going to be satisfied until I got me an element. Marcus worked so hard through out the visit I really felt bad not keeping the vehicle but the wife also wanted a element so I returned it to the dealership. There was Marcus the next morning meeting me in the lot with my key to my trade in,I could not help but to feel bad for this young man.Keith I hope you get to see this feedback,Marcus is a good example of that old saying that is still so true today,if you gonna talk the talk you better be prepared to walk the talk. He is everything that we the consumer see in your television commercials the real deal that represents your dealership to a high standard. I will put your dealership down as my first stop in my next purchase. More
