We have been buying Toyota for the last 3 years. We have gradually stepped up to the car we are really satisfied with. We have a brand new beautiful Toyota Highlandsr Limited. Darryl was very helpful with our needs. He has experience helping senior citizens with thier special needs such as being able to get in and out of a car with ease so no worries of falling. The ONLY reason we purchased a car from Keith Pierson Toyota was because of Donald Wyche. Mr. Wyche was our sales representative three years ago, when we leased a 2008 Toyota Camry from this dealership. Toyota was because of Donald Wyche. We were greeted upon entering, and we stated we were looking to see Donald Wyche. Since he was with another customer, we were told his "partner" would help us. We said we would wait for Donald, but the sales manager insisted that Donald's partner could help us. Everything went downhill from there. Then the sales games began. My husband is a banker and understands financing, yet we were treated like we understood nothing about car payments. I don't understand why it has to be such a hassle to purchase a car. I had enough of the games, and we left. We had no plans to ever return to Keith Pierson Toyota. Donald called us the next day and followed up the the day after. We decided to work with him, because he had treated us well in the past. He saved the sale on August 1st that was lost on July 30th. More

In August 2011, I purchase a new 2011 Toyota Camry XLE from your dealership. Upon my arrival to the show room floor; I was greeted by sales associate, Mr. Lionel Mann. I must admit, I was very nervous because of my own preconceive stereotype notions of having to deal with the “typical high-pressure” car salesman but Mr. Mann turned my car buying experience from being “nervous and apprehensive” to being quite an enjoyable experience, there was no sales pressure at all. His approach made me more comfortable in negotiating a car buying deal that fit my budget. His professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and more importantly, his respectful attitude was exceptional. The paperwork process was also NOT stressful. Overall, I received excellent treatment and superior service.
