Unprofessional, only interested in talking about himself and personal issues, refused to show car sticker for car I was interested in. Jackie was the first person I spoke to on the phone regarding my need to trade in a minivan I had bought only last summer to get a car that did not use so much gas. I knew the minivan would have negati regarding my need to trade in a minivan I had bought only last summer to get a car that did not use so much gas. I knew the minivan would have negative equity, and when I had called another dealer, they had given me no hope of being able to make any kind of deal. Jackie encouraged me to come in and gave me hope that we could make a deal that I could still afford, even with the negative equity. She held true to her words, and after I found a new car with much better mileage, she approached the manager, and she explained the negative equity to me, and I still left with a deal that I could afford. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the service I received was topnotch. I was very impressed with the facility itself; there is an area for children to play, and area for laptops so people can work while they are waiting for car maintenance, a lovely cafe. Everthing is very clean and the environment is pleasant. I did not think anyone could exceed the service at another dealership where I had gotten my minivan, but Keith Pierson did. I walked away feeling I had gotten a good deal and that they were fair about the negative equity. I received a hand written thank you after I purchased my new Toyota, and Jackie has called me several times to make sure I was happy with my new car. I stupidly answered the phone because I didn't know what the number was and told the guy to stop calling and that I had just given birth and was taking my child home and he tried to keep talking to me and asked me if I was still interested in buying a car! I wanted to punch him. What a jerk. We will be buying a new Toyota, but not from this place! We did get our car fixed here and I liked the guy we worked with to fix it, but I hate this place now. More
