I was very pleased and satisfied with the service received at Keith Pierson Toyota. Our salesman associate, Michael "Doc" Swapsy greeted us at the door and welcomed us into the dealership. He didn' received at Keith Pierson Toyota. Our salesman associate, Michael "Doc" Swapsy greeted us at the door and welcomed us into the dealership. He didn't come off with a big sales pitch and/or talk over us. He asked what we were looking for and listened to us. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. Upon making our decision to purchase, we met with Richard Campbell, Finance Manager, who was also very pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a good experience. More
