The WORST experience ever ! The salesman/fleet manager “Doc” Was a smooth operator to get the sale to go through however, without my knowledge inflated my income almost 3 time The salesman/fleet manager “Doc” Was a smooth operator to get the sale to go through however, without my knowledge inflated my income almost 3 times the amount! I left with a beautiful car and he had told me he was putting a tag on it only to find out when I got home, there was no tag! Then it became a Jekyll and Hyde situation when the finance manager Rick/Ricardo called me back after I drove home 105 miles to inform me that the original finance company fell through but they have another one and everything is exactly the same… Upon returning back, it was two dollars more, OK no biggie but only to find out about the income “exaggeration ( fib) that “Doc” did ( Apparently to make a sale) After that was sorted out, I was treated like I was the liar and the whole pleasant nice professionalism went out the door! I would never recommend this dealership! Apparently there’s no integrity, it’s all about numbers!!! Run don’t walk !!! More
