My mother and I had an idea on a product but were not certain as to which model would work for her. Most of the time when people walk into a car dealership they are often bracing for the exchange of narrowing in on their trade in value and working really hard to keep the trade in value and the cost of the car they want to purchase separate. In addition to the back and forward experience between the sales associate and the sales manager. The experience went extremely well, with only one iteration between the sales associate and the sales manager, which focused on what was most important for my mother. There literally was an honest discussion of what was important to our family and the best way to be apart of the Keith Pierson Toyota family. The entire team far exceeded our expectations with personal service, listening and empathizing to our needs. They far exceeded meeting price expectations in addition to our trade in value. They never made us feel like it was a far reach to meet our needs. John our sales associate even came to our home to pick up the trade in which we did not have with us when finalizing the purchase. Anyone who knows anything about the car purchase experience knows that's out of the norm. They truly wanted to make this an experience we would never forget.
