Four hours of driving time wasted I made three phone calls to confirm price and availability of a used vehicle found on Carfax site. I was told each time the car was unsold and price was confirmed. After driving an hour and 45 mins one way I was told the vehicle was sold. Saleslady and I walked to used lot and the vehicle was there! Yay! Went in to start paper process and was told price was typo. Listed at 21,880 and sales manager sends price of 39,999 out with my sweet saleslady who came in on her DAY OFF to meet me. What a joke. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all. I saved my texts from saleslady that said she wouldn’t allow me to make trip for nothing. I spoke with Keith’s personal assistant, who assured me she would call me back after looking into the matter by closing time. Nothing. This dealership gets zero stars from me. More

Sales rep great ,finance group needs new approach I went to two dealers Pierson gave a better deal I was very unhappy with the way finance tried to sel the I gave them a specific breakdown of the cost I went to two dealers Pierson gave a better deal I was very unhappy with the way finance tried to sel the I gave them a specific breakdown of the costs from the other dealer Pierson was reluctant to provide a specific comparison When I questioned their administrative charges they resisted providing specifics I do not think they should not make a profit but I do not agree they should hide tha info under the guise of undisclosed administrative fees.I think that the failure of this dealership among others to be transparent with their customers hurts them .The only figure they want to discuss is the monthly payment and thier answer that the payment is too high is to suggest you extend the term of the thereby incurring additional interest costs. Horrible Sales Staff Arrogant and Ignorant! We were absolutley appalled at how both the sales and finance managers ignored the very specific instructions we gave them. H Arrogant and Ignorant! How difficult is it to understand 1) We want to be out of the door in an hour (sales mgr. said "no problem"); 2) We'll sign the lease now...right now...if it meets our financial conditions that were reasonable; and 3) do NOT waste our time with negotiations or other ploys. We've always been clear and up front with Cadillac, Toyota, Lexus and even Ford dealerships and purchased or leased vehicles this way. We will NOT waste time negotiating. Give us the BEST price and we'll not waste your time. So what do they do? They come out with a monthly lease price on a new Camry XLE Hybrid of over $700/month! We were appalled, shocked and simply got up to leave. Other dealers for the same vehicle were ALL under $400/mo. Of course, as we were up and walking out they fell over themselves with statements and questions about how they could make the sale and we told them NO! If you can't follow simple instructions given by customers at the outset, they will go elsewhere. Within minutes they were talking about making the monthly price drop by nearly HALF! What slimy sales managers are they to ignore our instructions and try to jack us around. If you value your potential customers time so little, they will value you even less and leave very negative feedback online. We will NEVER recommend or use this dealership. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. More

Repeat customer because of their excellence This is my family’s 6th vehicle from this dealer and there’s a reason we continue to purchase our vehicles here. First of all you can’t go wrong with Toyota vehicles, they’re the most dependable vehicle on he road and I know that from experience. My first car was a brand new Corolla in 1989, it had almost 300,000 miles on it when I traded it, I had no issues with it, it was stick shift and even had original clutch; only routine maintenance performed on it, including battery and tires; very reliable! Keith Pierson is the third dealership my family has used but due to their superior lifetime warranty, excellent service, excellent customer service, and great deals on the vehicles we purchased, we have chosen them for our last 6 vehicles. Shout-out to the dealer I dealt with this go around, Joey, he was so helpful and willing to work with me, along with the other staff, to get the vehicle I wanted price down to my desire! I love my new Rav 4, it’s truly sweet! More
