After numerous calls and text he called and said they could offer $37K, Aaron is an idiot sales person and I don't trust this dealer with this kind of staff calling and making false offers just to get you in the the dealership. This was a complete waste of my time and shame on Aaron you fing Idiot. More

It was a pleasure to meet him being that this was my first car buying experience because he went far and beyond to show me models and as well as took the time to explain everything about the automobiles, paperwork and finance. They lied to us! We bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla. They advertise online a 21,600.000 price and we let them know that our budget was no more than 300 monthly, and we in We bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla. They advertise online a 21,600.000 price and we let them know that our budget was no more than 300 monthly, and we intent to trade in a 2012 Ford Flex, valued in 4,500.00. Somehow on the middle of the negotiation they change the original price 0f 21,600 to 24,600 and when we asked why the monthly bill was 343.00 instead of 300 they said that it was because we need a new plate and because my credit score was not so good as I thought. This happened on Labor day and since 3 weeks ago we started this complain, first we talked to manager Mr. Anderson, he was cold and rude and said he cannot do anything, then Mr. Pierson's assistant: Cassandra, she was very polite but didn't do anything, then Mr. McDowell general manager and he did nothing. We have been ripped off and because we signed the contract, nobody believe us that the sales people ( Kennedy) and Mr. Miralles lied to us. Mr Pierson is out of reach....for weeks now....I feel that I give the my Ford Flex for free. More
