Poor service I purchased a used vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota July 4 weekend. It had a chip in the hood and one key. I was promised that someone would call me that week to schedule the repair. I am still waiting on the call. Please note that I have called them on numerous occasions. My temp tag expired 07/22. Still waiting for my tag but the part that tops it off is that as I was getting ready to take ownership of my vehicle, one of the salesman outside saw the car I purchased. He said, aww man, I wanted that car. He said he had the second key to it and that he prayed over it every night, hoping to get my car. He said he would bring the key in the next day. A week later my husband and I visited the showroom and spoke with our salesman, Jon, who said he had it and misplaced it but that it would show up. I have called at least once every 2 weeks and I never get a return call. I hate to think what kind of service I receive when I bring it in for maintenance. I would not recommend to anyone. Their commercials lie. Those people must be paid to say the nice things or are friends/family. More
